Cancellation and Refund Policy

Haerriz Trendz products are customised and made to order. Please review the product, size, colour, text, artwork, delivery address and order total carefully before completing payment.

Cancellations

A cancellation request is not guaranteed. Contact admin@haerriztrendz.in immediately with the order number. We can cancel an order only if production or fulfilment has not begun. Once an order has entered production, it cannot be cancelled.

Returns and exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for customised or made-to-order products because of change of mind, an incorrect size or colour selected by the customer, or customer-supplied spelling, artwork or design errors.

Damaged, defective or incorrect orders

If an order arrives damaged, defective, or different from the confirmed order, contact admin@haerriztrendz.in promptly. Include the order number and clear photographs of the product, packaging and shipping label. We will review the evidence with the fulfilment partner. If the claim is accepted, the available resolution may be a replacement or refund, as appropriate.

Approved refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. The time taken for the credit to appear depends on the payment provider and the customer’s bank. Shipping charges are refundable only when included in an approved claim. This policy does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
