What can I customise?

Available products can support text, artwork or image uploads and product-specific colour and size choices. The options shown on each product page are the options currently available for that product.

Is the displayed product price the final price?

The product page shows a starting price. The final item price can change with the selected size, custom design and add-ons. Review the updated item price and courier charge before payment.

Where do you ship?

We offer courier delivery to serviceable locations in India and internationally. Enter the complete country, postcode and address at checkout to confirm serviceability, courier charge and the current delivery estimate.

How are shipping charges calculated?

Courier charges depend on the destination, postcode, product and shipment weight. The charge shown at checkout is the applicable charge for that order. International customers are responsible for any customs duty or import tax charged by the destination country.

How long will my order take?

Custom products require production before dispatch. The checkout or order communication provides the available estimate. Courier delays, remote-area service and customs processing can affect delivery after dispatch.

Can I return or exchange a customised product?

No change-of-mind return or exchange is offered for personalised or made-to-order products, including a customer-selected wrong size or colour or an error in customer-supplied artwork or text.

What if my order is damaged, defective or wrong?

Contact us promptly with the order number and clear photos or video. After review, an eligible damaged, defective or incorrect item may receive a replacement or refund under our Cancellation and Refund Policy and applicable law.

Can I cancel or change an order?

Contact us immediately. A cancellation or design change is possible only before production begins. Once production has started, the customised order cannot normally be cancelled or changed.

How can I pay?

Available payment methods are displayed securely by PayU during checkout and may include UPI, cards, net banking, wallets or other methods enabled for the transaction.

How do I track an order?

Tracking details are sent when the courier information becomes available. You can also contact us with the order number if you need help.

Can I upload any artwork?

You must own or have permission to use all text, logos and artwork supplied for printing. We may decline content that infringes rights, is unlawful or cannot be produced reliably.
