Shipping Policy

Haerriz Trendz products are made to order and fulfilled through our connected print-on-demand and courier network.

Shipping availability, charges and delivery estimate

• Shipping availability is checked using the Printrove serviceability system for the country and postal code entered by the customer.
• Available courier options, shipping charges and estimated transit time are calculated live for the destination and cart weight.
• The final shipping charge and available delivery estimate are shown in the cart or checkout before payment.
• If no courier is available for a destination, the order cannot be shipped to that address.
• Any customs duties, import taxes or local charges applied outside India are the customer’s responsibility and are not included unless they are expressly shown at checkout.

Production and tracking

Because products are customised and made to order, production time is separate from the courier’s estimated transit time. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may change because of production, courier, weather, address, customs or serviceability conditions. Tracking information is sent when it becomes available from the fulfilment or courier partner.

No returns or exchanges

Customised and made-to-order products cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind, an incorrect size or colour selected by the customer, or customer-supplied spelling, artwork or design errors.

Damaged, defective or incorrect orders

If an order arrives damaged, defective, or different from the confirmed order, contact admin@haerriztrendz.in promptly with the order number and clear photographs of the product, packaging and shipping label. We will review the evidence with the fulfilment partner and provide an appropriate resolution where the claim is accepted. This policy does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Address accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address and postal code. Additional charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be payable by the customer.
